Gardai in Donegal have recovered tens of thousands of euro worth of stolen equipment after smashing what they believe is one of the county’s most-notorious ‘creeper’ gangs.

Three people, including a woman, were arrested on Saturday and appeared at Carrick-on-Shannon District Court.
The arrests follow a year-long investigation by Gardai after dozens of such ‘creeper’ burglaries across the county.
The break-ins to people’s homes usual occur when the owners of the house are actually asleep in bed.
Two men in their 20s were remanded in custody to appear to Harristown District Court, Castlerea this Friday.
The woman, a girlfriend of one of the men, will appear at Donegal Town District Court on Wednesday.
