Buncrana U-12 boys football played a 12+1 tournament (15 aside) in Letterkenny on Saturday. Drawn in a group with St.Eunan’s and Ardara they were unlucky not to make it out of the group and into the final. Beaten by St.Eunan’s the overall tournament winners by a point the lads will regrated the missed chances in the opening ten minutes. Down to fourteen players in the second half the Buncrana team showed great character to press St.Eunans to the very last kick and unlucky not to draw. Next up was Ardara and it was another super encounter winning by six points this game was a great test for our boys and a good learning experience for both management and players.
