THE man responsible for the Beatles when they were on tour is set for his latest stop…in County Donegal.
And he won’t be here just for the craic.
Tony Bramwell has confirmed that he will appear at the sixth annual BeatlesFest, which takes place at Moville from August 16-19.
He was a childhood friend of George Harrison and went on to become friends with the young Paul McCartney and John Lennon.
They later made him their road crew manager – and he toured the world with them at the height of their fame.
Tony says this will be his third visit to Moville – and has already told Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr about it.
He said: “I tell the two lads about Beatle events I attend around the world.
“I love Moville. It has a unique atmosphere and hospitality,” he added.
