It seems by the addition of this article that there are strong currents of logical arguments for County Council to abandon it water scheme that will polute the water, environment and bathing water and the beaches which will destroy tourism and necessary job creation. Let us on the County Council fulfill our moral responsibility to our people and especially the future children of Inishowen and Donegal by seeking an alternative to poluting the Foyle.

Why cant the council even discuss this?
Pardon the pun but, something stinks.
Why is this county council so dead-set in its ways that it cannot fathom a perfectly good alternative to dumping sewage off Moville into the lough? It has been proposed that sewage may be pipelined from Moville to past Greencastle and then dumped into the lough near where it feeds into the ocean. This is an elegant solution for all.
