A CO DONEGAL man with 465 previous criminal convictions has been remanded in custody – accused of destroying an electronic tag he was supposed to wear while out on bail
Eamon Edward John Lynch (39) from Glentrain in Letterkenny is charged with stealing and destroying electronic security tags in October 31, 2010.
Derry Magistrates Court heard he had been ordered to wear them while on bail for other criminal charges.
A police officer told the court a bench warrant for his arrest had also been executed.
There was no bail application and Lynch was remanded in custody to appear before the same court again next month.
