A man has appeared in court charged with the theft of a trailer.
Owen Hegarty denied the theft of a triple axle trailer, valued at €6,500 at Creggan, Ballybofey on January 29, 2012.
The 33-year-old from Crislaghmore, Burnfoot, told Judge Paul Kelly at Letterkenny District Court that he wanted to face a trial by a judge and jury.
The case was adjourned until the New Year.
