Letterkenny court.

Shane Cullen, of 17 Glendale Manor, was arrested yesterday and appeared at Letterkenny District Court.

Solicitor Kieran Dillon said there was an issue with his ex-partner Ashling Kirwin of 14 Glendale Manor, with whom he had a child.

Gardai said they had no objection to bail as long as certain conditions were put in place.

Mr Dillon said Cullen worked in Tesco supermarket and worked various shifts which made observing a curfew difficult.

After working out his hours, Jude Paul Kelly imposed a curfew of between 12.30am and 6.30am.

He also ordered Cullen to stay away from Ms Kirwin and to sign on daily at Letterkenny Garda station.

Judge Kelly said he will dispose of the matter on the next occasion.
