DR MCKENNA CUP: Donegal and St Mary’s are deadlocked at half-time in their Dr McKenna Cup group game at O’Donnell Park.
The game has been a very defensively orientated affair with St Mary’s adopting to play with a mass blanket defence.
That has made it very difficult for Donegal to create opportunities and chances have been at a premium.
Odhran MacNiallias has scored FOUR excellent points for Donegal – and has looked Donegal’s brightest player.
His Gaoth Dobhair teammate Michael Carroll scored Donegal’s other point in the first-half.
St Mary’s scored an excellent goal through the lively Jack Brogan who has helped himself to 1-01.
All level here at half-time at O’Donnell Park.
Half-time score: Donegal 0-05 St Mary’s 1-02
