JOBS: Orbit Security are seeking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their professional, progressive and customer service orientated security company.

The successful candidate will provide a customer-focused front desk Reception service in their Letterkenny office.

The applicant must be:

  • Professional, friendly and an organised individual with excellent telephone manner & interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a reception/customer service/administration.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Individual with excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and a team player.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring excellent customer services skills and be customer focused.
  2. Answering calls and directing them to the appropriate persons.
  3. Management of client booking/records/online system
  4. Emailing and report writing.
  5. Providing administrative support.
  6. Offer extensive diary management for busy and changing schedules of senior staff members
  7. Build a good rapport with both internal and external parties alike
  8. Assist with any additional duties
