Daniel O’Donnell – the €31 million entertainer!

All Daniel O’Donnell’s hard work is finally paying off – and his bank balance is proof of that.

The Kincasslagh man is now worth an estimated €31M, according to the Sunday Times’ annual rich list.

A number of other Donegal names appear on the Rich List including Riverdance supremo Moya Doherty.

For Daniel, sales of CDs around the globe, as well as sell-out shows, have helped him rake in the cash.

But anyone who thinks money has changed Daniel should think again.

The down-to-earth entertainer returns to our television screens this week where he snubs five-star hotel luxury for the country’s bed and breakfasts.

Daniel and wife Majella take to the highways and byways of Ireland to sample the fun and the craic from Kerry to Donegal on Daniel and Majella’s B&B Roadtrip, which starts on Tuesday on RTE1 at 8.30pm.
