THE trial of a man accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl is continuing at Donegal Circuit Court today.
The accused man, now aged 25, is accused of having unlawful sexual contact with the girl at a beach in the south of the county in October 2003. The alleged victim is now aged 20.
The alleged offence is that the girl was at the time incapable of giving consent to sex.
