Tickets are already flying out of the box office for the Ballyshannon Drama Festival 2011 – after it announced its nine nights of brilliant comedy and drama this March.
There is a cracking line-up this year with great drama’s like ‘A View from the Bridge’ and ‘The Loves of Cass Maguire’ by our own Brian Friel.

Saturday 12th March – Bangor Drama Club with Arthur Millar’s “A View from the Bridge”
Sunday 13th March – Coolera Dramatic Society present “Sharon’s Grave” by J B Keane.
Monday 14th March – St.Dympna’s Drama Society, Dromore stage “The Loves of Cass Maguire” from the talented Brian Friel.
Tuesday 15th March – ‘Backburners Drama Circle’ feature with “Immaculate” by Oliver Lansley.
Wednesday 16th March – Tubbercurry’s Phoenix Players presenting “A Crucial Week in the Life of a Grocer’s Assistant” from Tom Murphy.
Thursday 17th March – The Bradan Players Leixlip give us “Tom and Viv ‘by Michael Hastings.
Friday 18th March – The Lifford Players stage “Our Town” from American Thornton Wilder.
Saturday 19th March – Silken Thomas Players “Angels in America” by Tony Kushner.
Sunday March 20th – FINAL NIGHT – Ballybofey’s Butt Drama Circle with “Stolen Child” from the minds of Yvonne Quinn/Bairbre Ni Chaoimh.
* All shows commence nightly at 8.15pm, with the final night at 7.30pm.
Adjudicator for this exciting festival of drama is the renowned Mike Kaiser GODA.
Season ticket for all nine nights is a recession-busting €55.
