GARDAI are again warning motorists to take care this morning as many roads are covered in black ice again today.
Overnight temperatures in many areas dropped below zero, making driving hazardous.
Footpaths in and around towns in the county are also very slippy.
Most major routes have been gritted, but rural and secondary roads are dangerous in places.
It’s the third day in a row that black ice has caused disruption and more than 20 minor road accidents, none of them serious.
