HOLDERS DONEGAL are out of this year’s Dr McKenna Cup after being beaten by a more experienced Fermanagh side at Ballybofey tonight.
The Ernemen ran out 0-12 to 0-7 winners at the end, maintaining the five point advantage they had at half time, when they led 0-9 to 0-4.
Donegal boss Jim McGuinness was forced to play an inexperienced side and there were seven debutants in the side.
Elsewhere Tyrone had a four point victory over UUJ, while Derry beat Antrim by 2-14 to 0-14 at Celtic Park.
