DANIEL REVEALS HIS SECRET AMBITION

DANIEL O’DONNELL has revealed he has one ambition left in his life – to play a part in a London West End show.
The Kincasslagh man has sold millions of record and played to millions of fans around the world.
But he revealed he has a secret desire to thread the boards and would be up for any offers from producers.
“I am definitely open to doing other things in relation to music,” he said.
Having hosted his own TV show for RTE a few years back, Daniel said he would also love to do that again.
But he says he would definitely draw the line at appearing on a celebrity reality TV show such as I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
“Shot me if you ever see me on that,” he laughed.
Daniel has announced that he plans to do less touring from now on and admits he just loves relaxing at the holiday home he shares with wife Majella in Tenerife.
“I love the silence and the clam we enjoy there. Some days we don’t leave the villa at all, but other times we’ll go out for drives in the car, or we’ll go to the shops or visit people that we know,” he said.
But despite the blue sea and constant sunshine, Daniel says Donegal will always be home.
“No matter where I go in the world, nowhere will ever compare to Donegal.
“It will always be home to me, and Majella is so happy there as well,” he said.
