Despite a thumping performance Donegal’s award-winning hip-hop dancers Fox N Crew could not make it to the semi-final of RTE’s All Ireland Talent Show tonight.
The super-fit troupe of dancers came fourth out of the five acts with traditional outfit Mad for Road from the south winning the show.
Fox n Crew mentor Dana was hoping to make it a double after taking the title for the North last year.
She pleaded for people to vote for the Letterkenny outfit saying “Donegal is up there with Dublin or LA. If you’re donw with them, vote for Fox N Crew.”
But unfortunately it wasn’t enough for the nine-piece dance group range in age from 15 to 23 and have been dancing together for two years.
They are part of the Fox N Crew dance school, and practise every day in Letterkenny community centre.
The dance school was set up by their teacher Kim Fox, 28, who started dancing when she lived in Belfast.
The Letterkenny dance troupe were hoping to join Burt singing sensation Brian Sheerin in the semi-finals of the competition.
