A house-builder with developments in County Donegal has been declared bankrupt.

Seamus P Leonard runs Omagh company Leonard Bros Construction, one of the best known building firms in the North West.

He owns a variety of completed projects and undeveloped sites mainly.

One of his firm’s most ambitious projects was the Ros Mor development of houses and apartments in Donegal Town.
