LETTERKENNY AC 5K THIS ST PATRICK’S DAY

Letterkenny Athletic Club’s St Patrick’s Day 5K road race will have an 11.20 am start.

The race attracted 121 runners last year and a similar number is expected to take part in the annual event this Thursday morning.

The race starts outside Blake’s Bar on Upper Main Street and finishes at the Market Square after two loops of the town.

Entry fee is eight euro and registrations will be taken at the Aura Leisure Centre from 10 am.

Presentation of prizes will take place at Aura immediately after the race. Refreshments will also be served at Aura afterwards.
