Notes:
Vocational Schools Football
Congratulations to Donegal Vocational Schools on winning their All Ireland Final replay against Cork on St Patricks Day in Tuam.
Minor Football
Donegal Minor footballers returned from Brewster Park in Enniskillen on Saturday with a narrow one-point defeat in Section B of the Ulster Minor Football League against Fermanagh. Donegal enjoyed a five-point lead going into the last five minutes of the game, but two late goals for the home side secured the points. Donegal’s next game is away to Tyrone on 2nd April.
The minor hurlers also lost out by double scores to Tyrone in Healy Park Omagh on a score line of 2.12 to 1.06. However there was better luck for the Under 21’s as they progressed to the quarterfinals of the Cadbury’s Ulster Championship last Wednesday night when they defeated Antrim by 0.08 to 0.05 and will now meet Cavan this week in the quarter-final in their bid to retain their title.

Coaching Session Wednesday 30th March
There will be a coaching course under the heading “Games To Develop Football U.10 & U.12” on Wednesday 30th March in O’Donnell Park, Letterkenny. All underage coaches in this particular age group are asked to attend.
Registrations
Clubs are reminded that all players must be registered before they play. Registrations for 2011 to be lodged with the Northern Board Registrar Emma McAteer and this is really important as the GAA Insurance System has a no tolerance policy this year due to an increase in claims over the past number of years.
Trophies:
All trophy winners are asked to return trophies to the Board Treasurer Brid Gallaher at the next monthly meeting which will be held in the clubrooms of St Eunans GAA Club on Monday 28th March commencing at 7.30 pm sharp.
