Tá an scoil seo lonnaithe ar Oileán Árainn Mhóir agus is cinnte go mbíonn siad ag cur go mór leis an teanga san oileán sin.

Bíonn an club ag bualadh gach Déardaoin ag am lón le trial a bhaint as drámaíocht, díospóireacht nó ealaíon trí Ghaeilge.

Bíonn an scoil ag feidhmiú trí Bhéarla ach tá sruth Gaeilge sa scoil i mbliana don céad uair. Cuir na daltaí ón chlub dhá dráma ar súil don oileán ar fad i mbliana.

This school is located in Oileán Árainn Mhór and it is certain they are promoting the language on that Island.

The club meet every Thursday at lunchtime to try their hand at drama, debate or art in the Irish language.

It is an English speaking School but there is an Irish language cycle for the first time this year. The students from the club held two Irish dramas for the Island this year.

They won a school tour to the brilliant Gartan Outdoor adventure centre in the competition run by the Irish language newspaper Foinse and Glor na nGael. Entrants had to set up an Irish language society.

The other regional winners were:

Overall winner (€5,000)- An Cumann Gaelach, Colaiste Pobail Scoil Mhuire, Schull, Iarthar Chorcaí
Lenister Winner (Turas Scoile)- Cumann Chilliain, Coláiste Chilliain, Cluain Dolcáin, BÁC 12
