A CREDITORS’ meeting for a closed Co Donegal restaurant will take place tomorrow.
Letterkenny restaurant Beetroot closed down two weeks ago, leaving people who bought gift vouchers out of pocket.
Donegaldaily.com understands that a large number of people from throughout County Donegal have gift vouchers for the restaurant which they were unable to redeem before the shutters were pulled down.
They can attend the meeting as unsecured creditors. It will take place tomorrow, Easter Tuesday, April 26th at 9am at Gallagher’s Hotel in Letterkenny.
We understand that some vouchers for the restaurant were actually bought on the day it closed.
The registered address for Beetroot Limited is Drumacanoo, Churchill, Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
The company last filed accounts in April 2010.
