A West Donegal man has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register after pleading guilty to 12 charges of sexual assault.
At Glenties District Court this morning, the 23 year old man, who cannot be identified, pleaded guilty to the 12 charges.
The offences relate to two female victims and occurred on dates ranging from September 2001 to December 2003.
The court heard that the man, who was present in court, is currently undergoing therapy.
The case was adjourned until June to allow for victim impact statements to be prepared.
Judge Paul Kelly also placed the defendant on the Sex Offenders Register.
