DONEGAL is waking up this morning to a new free newspaper.
Circulating in the Letterkenny, Finn Valley and Inishowen areas of the county Get It Weekly will be available in hundreds of outlets.
Gerard McGovern, the man behind the newspaper, said: “There’s been a great deal of hard work which has gone into the launch of our first edition and we are confident it will grow.
“There’s a huge gap in the market for this sort of product which combines editorial excellence and a massive readership – the largest of any printed newspaper.
“With a vast geographical network of shops in NW Donegal and distribution of 22,000 copies, the newspaper offers our readers top news stories and reviews and gives the advertiers the opportunity to showcase their products & service and reach a readership of up to 63,800.”
