Donegal and Cavan Senior ladies played a friendly on Sunday morning in
which the girls from Tirconaill won easily witout those girls doing
their le3aving and the three girls who went to America last week for
the summer Karen Feeney, Deirdre Foley and Eilish Ward.the score was
Donegal 3–11 Cavan 0-5. The three goal scorers for Donegal were Emer
Gallagher,Roisin (Yankee )Friel,and Ursula Leonard.All the points were
scored by the forwards and the manager Eamonn O’ Boyle was very
pleased with those who participated considering all the changes he had
to make on the day but he hopes to have a full squad out against
Tyrone in the Champioship on Saturday.
