OBITUARY NOTICES FOR TODAY – SUNDAY, JULY 3RD

DOHERTY

The death has taken place at The Donegal Hospice of Kathleen Doherty, 4 Church Brae, Carrowmullen, Fahan. Remains reposing at her late residence. Funeral on Tuesday, leaving her late residence at 1015am going to St Mura’s Church, Fahan for 11AM Requiem Mass followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Donegal Hospice c/o any family member.

GILLESPIE

The death has taken place at Letterkenny General Hospital of Harry Gillespie, Mill Road, Glenties. Remains leaving the hospital this evening (Sunday) at 6pm going to his late residence. Removal from his late residence on Tuesday morning going to St Connell’s Church, Glenties for 11am Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. House private please from 11pm to 10am.

LOVE

The death has taken place at her home of Sarah Love, Clooney, Ramelton. Her remains are reposing at her late residence. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 1.30PM going to St Paul’s Church, Ramelton for funeral service at 2pm. Burial afterwards in Milford Burial Ground, Church Road. Family time from 10pm to 11am please.

GALLEN

The death has taken place at the Galway Clinic of Rose Gallen, Portobello, Crossroads, Killygordon. Funeral leaving her home tomorrow, Monday morning at 10.30am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Crossroads followed by interment in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, family time from 11pm to 10am

WALLACE

The death has taken place at University Hosiptal Galway, of Ronnie Wallace, Ballyboe, Convoy. Remains reposing at his residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

McATEER

The sudden death has taken place at his home of John McAteer, Doaghbeg, Fanad and also of Muff.  Funeral from his late residence at Doaghbeg tomorrow, Monday at 10.30am going to St Patricks Church, Ballinacrick, for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by cremation in Roselawn Cemetary. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Rehab Stroke Unit, Letterkenny c/o Eamon Scott Funeral Director, Fanad or any family member. House private from 11pm to 10am.
