OBITUARY NOTICES FOR TODAY – SUNDAY, JULY 10TH

GALLAGHER

The death has taken place at his residence of Jack Gallagher, Main Street, Stranorlar. His remains are reposing at his home. Funeral from there on Tuesday morning at 10.30am, going to St Marys Church, Stranorlar for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery. No flowers please. Family time from 11pm to 10am. Sadly missed by his loving wife Nora, sons Denis, Andrew, Gerard & Paul, daughters Sylvia, Yvonne, Fidelma & Terri, sisters Rena, Anna, Eileen & Bernie, sons-in-law Tom, Andrew & Seamus, daughters-in-law Colette, Mary & Margaret, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

PRIOR

The sudden death has taken place of Stephen Prior of Essex, England & formerly Rossnowlagh Road, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Reposing at his mother’s residence, Rossnowlagh Road, Ballyshannon, on Thursday from 4pm. Removal to St. Joseph’s Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon on Friday at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

McCAULEY

The sudden death has taken place at his home of Hugh McCauley, 3 Belmount Drive, Culmore Road and formerly of St Johnston, Co Donegal. Funeral from his home on Monday morning at 9.20am going to St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn for Requiem Mass at 10am. Interment afterwards in St Baithen’s Cemetery, St Johnston.

WATSON

The death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Margaret Peggy Watson, 445 Milltown, Convoy. Remains reposing at her late residence. Wake on this afternoon (Sunday) from 4pm to 8pm Service on Monday afternoon at 2pm in St Ninian’s Church, Convoy, followed by burial in the Family plot. Family flowers only please – Donations in lieu for charity if desired to Sean Kelly and Son, Funeral Directors, Oakfield, Raphoe

DUFFY

The sudden death has taken place of Pat Duffy, Bogtown, West End, Bundoran. Removal from his late residence tomorrow, Monday at 10.15am to The Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Bundoran, for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial, immediately afterwards, in St. Ninnidh’s Cemetery, Bundoran. House private on Monday morning, please.

CRAWFORD

The death has taken place of Mary Crawford, Drumkeelan, Mountcharles, Co. Donegal. Funeral arrangements to be announced later. House private please except for family. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Mountcharles & Inver Parish Church Funds c/o George Irwin Funeral Directors.
