DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES OF FRIDAY, SEPTEMPER 9, 2011

HAMILTON

The death has taken place at Letterkenny General Hospital of Melissa Hamilton, nee Connolly, Sallywood, Killygordon. Removal from the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny today at 6pm, going to her late residence. Funeral from there on Sunday morning at 10.20am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, Killygordon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 11pm to 11am.

MEEHAN

The death has taken place at Letterkenny General Hospital of Bernadette Meehan of Main Street Mountcharles. Remains leaving the hospital this evening at 5pm to the residence of her daughter Ann McCallig at Lower End Mountcharles. Removal from there on Sunday morning for 11am mass in the Church of the Sacred Heart Mountcharles. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

DOWNES (GALWAY)

The death has taken place of Mary Downes, Clifden, Co Galway.  Sister of Louis and Hugh McNern, Keelogs, Inver, Co Donegal.  Reposing at St Ann’s Nursing Home, Clifden, this evening from 5 pm, with removal at 7 pm to St Joseph’s Church.  Burial on Saturday after 11 am Mass.

McCLEAN (BOSTON/DOOISH)

The death has taken place in Boston USA, of Michael McClean, of Dooish, Ballybofey aged 32 years. Dearly beloved son of Thomas and Kathleen and much loved brother of Tracey, Thomas, Gary, Paul and Dillon and uncle of Thomas. Sadly missed by his father, mother, sister, brothers, nephew, aunts, uncles, relatives and many friends in Ireland and the USA.  May He Rest in Peace
His remains will be reposing at the family home in Dooish from 6pm on Friday evening, Sept. 9th. Funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church, Stranorlar, on Saturday at 11am, followed by interment in Drumboe Cemetery.  Family flowers only, please. House private from 11pm until 10am and on the morning of the funeral.

CRUMLISH

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Dan Crumlish, late of Crawford Square, Moville. His remains are reposing at his late residence. Funeral from his home tomorrow (Saturday) at 10.20am for Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Ballinacrea at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
