DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES FOR SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2011

HARKIN

The death has taken place of Elizabeth Harkin, Derryhillew Ballyshannon Co Donegal Peacefully at Shannagh Private Nursing home Belleek.  Reposing at S.P.N.H. with removal at 11am Sunday to St Patrick’s church Belleek for 11.30am funeral Mass followed by burial in Adjoining cemetery. No flowers please, donations to Marie Curie cancer care c/o Patsy McCauley funeral directors Belleek.

CASSIDY

The death has taken place of Jackie Cassidy, nee Jones, Ardfarna, Bundoran.  Suddenly at her residence. Reposing at her late residence with removal on Monday morning at 10.15am travelling via Drumacrin Avenue and Main Street Bundoran to arrive at the Church Of Our Lady Star of the Sea Bundoran for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Ninnidh’s Cemetery Bundoran. House private to family and friends on Monday morning please.

LYNCH

The death has taken place of PJ Lynch of 25 St Belindus Avenue, Ballyshannon, at Sligo General Hospital.  Reposing at his late family residence until Sunday evening going to St. Patrick’s Church Ballyshannon at 6.30pm for 7pm. Funeral mass on Monday at 11am with burial afterwards in the Abbey Cemetery.

HOLLAND

The death has taken place of James Holland, Market Street, Ballyshannon, suddenly at the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Reposing at John McGee and Sons Funeral Home today from 4pm, with removal to St Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon at 6.30pm. Funeral mass on Sunday at 11.15am, with burial afterwards at the Abbey Cemetery.

O’DONNELL

The death has occurred in Dungloe District Hospital, of Neil Gerard O Donnell, Quay Rd, Dungloe. His remains will be removed this evening (Saturday) at 4pm from McGlynn Funeral Home, Chapel Rd, going to his late residence. Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.

MARTIN

The death has taken place in the Lake House Port Na Bla, of Eddie Martin formerly of Glen, Carrigart. Removal from there tomorrow, Sunday, at 5.30pm going to Carrigart Chapel. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am with burial in Milford Graveyard.

HUGHES

The death has occurred at St Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin of Pat Hughes Mullantyboyle, Glenties. Removal this (Saturday) evening at 6.15pm from Shovelin’s Funeral Home Sandfield, Ardara going to St Conal’s Church Glenties to arrive at 7pm to repose overnight Funeral Mass tomorrow (Sunday) at 11am. Burial afterwards in the local Cemetery Family flowers only.  Donation if desired to St Vincent’s Hospital Dublin c/o James McGuinness, Funeral Directors, Glenties
