DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2011

BABY LUCY CUNNINGHAM

The death has taken place of Baby Lucy Cunningham, Gilbertstown, Bruckless Co Donegal, at Sligo General Hospital. Daughter of Jenny and Ciaran Cunningham. Reposing at her home Gilbertstown, Bruckless. Funeral service in Dunkineely Methodist Church on Wednesday at 2pm. Burial afterwards in Killaghtee Cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning please.  Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to N.I.C.U., at Sligo General Hospital.

CURREN

The death has taken place at his residence of Dan Curren Carnamaddy, Dunafanaghy. His remains are reposing at his late residence. Funeral Mass in St Michaels Church, Creeslough on Thursday at 11am with burial afterwards in Doe cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Down Syndrome  Society c/o any family member. Family time please from 11pm till 10am

DOHERTY

The death has taken place at her residence of Kathleen Doherty (Andy) Ballysalla, Glengad. Funeral from her late residence on Thursday at 1015am going to St Marys Church, Lagg for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

McDAID

The death has taken place at Letterkenny General Hospital of John McDaid (Paddy-John) Bunn, Glengad. Removal from the Chapel of Rest today at 3pm going to his late residence. Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.

O’DONNELL

The death has taken place at Dungloe District Hospital of Phil O Donnell, Fair Hill, Dungloe. Remains are reposing at McGlynns Funeral Home, Chapel Rd, Dungloe. Viewing today & tomorrow at 3pm and rosary at 9pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am in St Cronas Church, Dungloe with burial afterwards in Maghery cemetery.

MCGARVEY

The death has taken place of Kevin McGarvey, Whitelees, Ramelton. His remains are reposing at his late residence. Funeral from there tomorrow morning at 1030am going to St Mary’s Church for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time from 11pm till 10am.

MCDONALD (LONDON)

The death has taken place in London of Charlie McDonald, Glenmakee, Carndonagh. Remains reposing at his brother Eddie McDonald’s home in Glenmakee, Carndonagh. Funeral from there tomorrow morning at 10.30am going to the Church of The Sacred Heart, Carndonagh for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

FISHER

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Daisy Fisher, High Cairn, Ramelton. Her remains are reposing at her home. Funeral service tomorrow afternoon at 2pm in St Paul’s Church, Ramelton, followed by internment in the adjoining cemetetry. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Oncology Unit, Letterkenny General Hospital and the Donegal Hospice c/o Mc Elwee Funeral Directors, or any family member. Family time please from 11pm to 11am.
