DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2011

HARKIN

The sudden death has taken place on Monday 3rd October 2011 of Margaret Harkin at Letterkenny General Hospital. Removal from the Chapel of Rest at the hospital today (Monday) at 6pm going to her residence. Funeral Arrangements Later Margaret is survived by her husband Barney, Daughters Sinead McLean, Brenda Hegarty, Sarah Harkin, sons Paul (USA) , Garvan and Bernard. Also sisters Kay Mc Cafferty, Annie Shaw ,Bridie Whoriskey and brothers Donal and Francis Higgins, grandchildren family circle and friends RIP Donations in lieu of flowers to The Irish Heart Foundation.

TEASE

The death has occurred at St Eunan’s Nursing Home, Ramelton Road, Letterkenny of Sadie Tease, Ballyraine, Letterkenny. Her remains will repose at her late residence from 2pm today, Monday. Funeral from there tomorrow at 1.15pm, going to Conwal Parish Church for funeral service at 2pm, followed by burial in Gortlee Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice, c/o Pascal Blake Funeral Director, Stoney Arch, New Line Road, Letterkenny.

GIBSON

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Joe Gibson, 260 The Cottages, Manorcunningham. His remains are reposing at his late residence. Removal from there tomorrow, Tuesday at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Drumoghill, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 11pm to 10am. Family flowers only please – Donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice c/o the Gibson Family.

LYLE (CO DOWN)

The death has taken place of Leslie Lyle, Bangor, Co. Down. Peacefully at his home. Husband of May Lyle (nee Love), formerly of Meenadreen.  Service in Donegal Parish Church tomorrow, Tuesday at 1.30pm.  Funeral afterwards to The Glebe Cemetery.  Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care, c/o S. Clarke and Son’s Bereavement Centre, 64 Newtownards Road, Bangor.
