FINBAR GETS READY TO ROCK ACROSS THE PYRENEES

A major fundraising event which starts this Sunday is one sponsored walk a Donegal Town businessman won’t forget in a hurry!

The Event is a very unusual Sponsored Walk along the Camino….from St Jean Pied de Port on the French side of the Pyrenees, along the old pilgrim route to Santiago in Galicia a total distance of 800k.

The walk will be undertaken by Finbar Rock a well known local buisnessman in Donegal Town.

Finbar has watched the story of The Friends of Bill W Club unfold and is well aware of the success it has achieved with very little support or funding.

He is keen to help raise some much needed cash for the Club.

We hope to keep up with Finbar on his journey via a Blog, Facebook page and via Skype. We wish him well on each of the 500 miles.

Anyone wishing to donate or contribute can do so via the PayPal link here on this website, you can write to us at Millcourt Mews, Donegal Town or you can drop in.
