The Sunday club competition on the 5th of November was won by
Seamus Conner (5) who returned a one under par 70 for 65 nett.
Runner up was Mickey Treanor (23) with 66 nett.
The gross winner was Con Boyce (6) with 75 gross.
Third place was Denis McBride (9) with 67 nett.
The front nine winner was Paddy McClafferty (11) with
29.5 and the back nine winner was Jim Gallagher 13 with 32.5.
There will be a regular club competition on Sunday the 13th of Nov.
The Downings GAA classic will take place on the Sandy Hills Links
this Saturday the 12th of November.
The North-West Golfing Alliance visits the Old Tom Morris
Links on Saturday the 19th November.
The Gents Captains Weekend to Ballyliffin G.C will take place on
Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th of November.
Anyone who wishes to travel must have their name on the sheet in
the members room by this Sunday the 13th.
The Rosapenna Gaeltacht League team will travel to Dunfanaghy G.C on
Saturday the 26th of November for their second outing of the year.
The Rosapenna Golf Club AGM will take place in the
Golf Pavilion on Friday the 2nd of December at 8.30pm.
The annual Dinner Dance will take place in the Golf Pavilion on Saturday the 3rd
of December. Tickets are now on sale from the Pavilion Golf Shop
priced at 30e each.
PGA Professional Noel Callan is available for lessons at the Rosapenna Practice Ground
