THOSE clever marketing people at Bushmills certainly know how to get their name into the social media.
If you want to promote a brand, you could do worse than….send it to Ireland’s most popular Facebook Queen…Donegal supermodel Faye Dinsmore.
The 23-year-old has 255,000 followers on the social network.
And now Bushmills is another fan.
The world’s oldest whiskey distillery has even gone to the bother of giving our Faye her own personalised bottle of 12-year-old single malt whiskey.
Said Faye: “I’ve got my own bottle…thank you Bushmills!”
We’ll drink to that!
Of course the Ballintra girl knows all about brands – becoming the face of so many of them in the past year or so.
But she likes nothing more than leaving the bright lights of the Milan and London catwalks behind to get back on the family farm in Co Donegal.
“I love that I grew up in the country, knowing nothing about this world. Like, at Christmas, I went to a fancy party in London, and the next day I was home in wellies on the farm!” she said earlier this year.
