Following his 8 date sell out World Tour of Donegal in 2009, Tommy Tiernan is bringing his hilarious brand new show ‘Poot’ back to Donegal for another 8 date World Tour of Donegal from Nov 30th 2011….and we have FIVE PAIRS OF TICKETS exclusively for donegaldaily.com readers!

Tommy’s mastery of stand-up allows him to take risks other comedians dare not.

Through hilarious storytelling and a high energy, non- apologetic delivery he continually challenges his audience who can be confident they are in safe hands. To see Tiernan live is a rare treat, as his stories unfold and themes are elaborated his performance mesmerises as his lyrical way with words make you laugh harder than you’d ever believe possible.

Also get ready to laugh hard, from the comfort of your own couches this winter, as Tommy Tiernan his just released his brand new DVD ‘Crooked Man’ in the UK and Ireland which is on sale now! Richard Ayoade (Writer and Director of “Submarine”, who also plays Maurice Moss in C4’s The IT Crowd) undertook the challenge.

It took eight motion film cameras to capture the live show, with all its vigor and verve intact. The DVD was shot last July 2011, over one night, in Cork’s City Limits Comedy Club; Tommy’s early and much loved stomping ground. Released on Mabinog Ltd, the ‘Crooked Man’ DVD (certificate 18) includes a FREE audio CD. It is currently available from all recommended retail stores.

Tickets for Tommy Tiernan’s brand new live show “Poot” are on sale now, priced at €28 available from venues and / or Ticketmaster outlets nationwide. www.ticketmaster.ie
