Peacefully after a long illness at Letterkenny General Hospital. The sudden death has occurred today Sunday in Letterkenny General Hospital of Owenie Mc Cafferty of Ranafast. Removal from the new Chapel of Rest today Sunday at 4 p.m. going to his late residence at Ranafast. Removal from there on Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. for 11 a.m. Mass in St Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Annagry with burial in the new cemetery. House private from 12 midnight to 9 a.m. He is survived by his wife Sarah, four daughters, Máire, Eileen, Siubhan and Ann, three sons, Pádraig, Hugh and Niall (actor in TG4’s Ros na Rún drama).

The death has taken place at the Erne Hospital in Enniskillen of Frank Gallagher of Danby, Ballyshannon, and formerly of Birmingham in England. Reposing at Shannagh Private Nursing Home in Belleek, from 7pm today with removal at 6.15pm tomorrow, Monday, to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon, at 7pm. Funeral Mass at 11am on Tuesday, followed by burial in Abbey Assaroe Cemetery.

The death has taken place in London of Connie McGinley, Sive, Glencolmcille. Removal from his niece’s residence in Sive, Glencolmcille tomorrow, Monday, for 11am Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Cashel. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
