DONEGAL’S rising star Lisa McHugh is “over the moon” as her Christmas duet with Daniel O’Donnell is flying off the shelves!

Their new duet is an up-tempo song entitled ‘I’ll Be Home With Bells On’ just released. It was written by Dolly Parton and has been recorded by Dolly and Kenny Rogers.

Said Lisa: “Daniel is a gem and I was delighted when he agreed to this duet. It’s a great number and we think we’ve done a great job with it.

“We hope people like it; it will certainly get you in the mood for Christmas.

“Daniel very kindly fitted recording his part into his busy schedule between appearances in UK and travelling to USA. I am a big fan of Daniel’s since a very young age when my mum and dad would bring me along to his shows at every opportunity.”

This single was recorded and produced by Lisa’s MD and piano player Ray McLoughlin at his RMC Studios, Mullingar and also at Studio 19 in Nashville TN. Initial comments are that it will be one of the most popular songs on playlists this Christmas season.
