DONEGAL BRIDES OF ALL AGES TO WEAR THEIR DRESSES AGAIN FOR CHARITY

It’s the most expensive dress most women will ever buy – even if they only ever wear it once.

But now a Donegal charity are giving brides of all ages the chance to wear their original wedding dres once again.

Hundreds of ladies, young and not so young, are planning to attend the charity ball in the Villa Rose Hotel in aid of Donegal Action Cancer Care.

The event is taking place on Saturday February 4th. It is an opportunity to wear what is possibly the most expensive dress you have ever owned one more time whilst supporting Donegal Action Cancer Care and the breast unit at Letterkenny General Hospital.

Those don’t have a wedding dress can wear a bridesmaids dress, evening gown or Mother of the bride outfit… anything goes.

Organisers are hoping the ladies will be escorted by their husbands (who need not wear full wedding attire).

However if it’s just not their thing then why not make it a Ladies Night Out with your bridesmaids and closest friends, an opportunity to get all dressed up and relive one of the best parts about your wedding day….your wedding dress.

Tickets are €39 each; this includes a champagne reception 4-course gourmet meal and Dancing to one of Donegal’s liveliest wedding bands followed by DJ. For more information on this unique event please contact Leona or Rhonda at the Villa Rose Hotel, Ballybofey on 074-9132266 or email weddings@villarose.net
