DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2012

KANE

The sudden death has taken place of Christopher Kane, Drimcoe, Mountcharles. His remains will repose at his late residence.  Further funeral arrangements to be announced later. Enquiries to Gallagher Funeral Directors, Mountcharles, on 074-97 35008

BARRON

The death has taken place of Fiona Barron, aged 21 years, daughter of Noel and Teresa, Trimreagh, Letterkenny. Her remains are reposing at the family home. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 11.15am for Mass in the Church of the Irish Martyrs at 12 noon, followed by interment in New Leck Cemetery. Family flowers only please – Donations in lieu if desired to Mental Health c/o the Barron Family. Family time please from 10pm to 10am and on the morning of the funeral.

DOHERTY

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of John-James Doherty, Lower Ballyboencurragh, Ballymaleel, Letterkenny. Reposing at his late residence. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Ramelton, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Patient Comfort Care, Donegal Hospice, c/o any family member. Family time please from  11pm to 11am.

GALLAGHER

The death has taken place of Katie Gallagher, Cashel, Creeslough.
Remains are reposing at her home. Funeral Mass tomorrow, Tuesday, at 11am in the Church of St John the Baptist, Carrigart, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family time from 11pm to 10am.

GREEN

The death has taken place at Letterkenny General Hospital of John Green, Ranafast. His remains are reposing at his home. Removal from his late residence tomorrow, Tuesday, at 11.30am for noon Funeral Mass in The Star of The Sea Church, Annagry with burial afterwards in The New Cemetery. House private from midnight to 9am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to the HDY, Surgical 2, Letterkenny General –c/o Stephen O’Donnell and Sons, Funeral Directors or any family member.

CADDYE

The death has taken place at his home of Danny Caddye, Massreagh, Kilmacrennan and formerly of Beechwood, Lettekenny. Remains are reposing at his home. Funeral mass in St Eunan’s Cathedral Letterkenny tomorrow, Tuesday, at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Conwall Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice – c/o Charlie McClafferty Funeral Director, Churchill and Letterkenny.
