It will be auctioned by Sherry Fitzgerald Rainey with the only downside appearing to be the fact the central heating boiler has been removed from the property.
It’s just the latest house to be sold off at rock bottom prices since the collapse of the building industry.
The semi-detached home comes with a decent garden.
