COLEMAN RETURNS FROM INJURY TO FIGHT FOR PLACE ON IRISH TEAM

Killybegs soccer star Seamus Coleman is threatening to break his way back into the Everton first team after returning from injury.

The Everton player has been out for a number of weeks with a thigh problem.

But Coleman returned to action this week and even scored for Everton’s reserve team, to give David Moyes a timely boost.

The Toffees are on a high after back-to-back home wins over Barclays Premier League leaders Manchester City and Chelsea.

Coleman, a favourite of manager Moyes, could now be drafted straight back into the first team squad as they look to progress in both the league and the FA Cup.

The return will also boost Coleman’s return to international football where he has been still trying to force his way into the Irish team for the Euro Championships in Poland and The Ukraine this summer.
