More than 100 jobs could be created if plans for a proposed holiday village in Carrigart go ahead.
Plans for the €3 million Oceanfront activity centre have been approved by developers and Donegal County Council.
The centre will include accommodation, a swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, adventure area and bar and restaurant will be located in the Aghadachor area.
It is believed the developers, T&G Properties from Dublin, will locate up to 20 villas on the site of the centre.
It is understood that up to one hundred jobs will be created during the construction of the centre and a further 50 jobs once the centre is up and running.
