A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been questioned by Gardai about an alleged sex attack in Ballybofey.
The incident happened in an alleyway off Navenny Streeton February 17th as the victim’s husband waited in a car nearby.
The victim is in her 40s, it was confirmed today.
Gardai launched an extensive investigation and after checking CCTV footage a 22-year-old was arrested and questioned about the incident.
He has been released from custody pending a report to the DPP.
