Lotto & 100+ Club
There was one winner of this weeks Lotto draw. The winner was Jason Sweeney and he receives €30. Next weeks jackpot is €1,000. The Lotto sellers in the coming weeks are: 17th March – Bernard Devine, 24th March – Cathal Doherty, 31st March – Tony Gallagher and 7th April – Paddy Kelly. The winner of the 100+ Club draw this week was Micheal Doherty, Garrison and he receives €100. Thanks to all for their continued support of the Lotto & 100+ Club.

Seniors & Reserves
Training for the senior, reserve, U21 and minor team continues this week. All players are asked to attend as the new league season is due to get underway shortly.

Ladies
Training for the senior ladies takes place on Monday and Wednesday. A text will be sent out to confirm actual times.
The ladies are taking part in the Together for Carers Ribbons for St. Patricks Day campaign. Ribbons are on sale in Bradleys shop priced at €2. Wear your ribbon while supporting a great cause. For more info see: www.carersireland.com

Minor Board
The U16 boys played Buncrana at home on Sunday afternoon and came away with an impressive win against a good Buncrana side. This was a tough physical game played from end to end. The first half was tight and hard fought with points from Matthew Carlin, Martin Byrne with the crucial goal scored by Cathal Doherty leaving Red Hughs three up at the break. The lads stretched their lead further in the second half with more scores from the accurate Mathew Carlin, Jonathan Carlin & Corey Gallagher to ensure the victory. Final score: Red Hughs 1-8 Buncrana 0-6. Team and scorers: Jason Sweeney, Ryan Bradley, Shane McGlinchey, Michael McColgan, Michael Devine, Dylan Irwin, Jason Dullaghan, Stephen McMenamin, Matthew Carlin, Martin Byrne, Kyle McConnell, James Carlin, Corey Gallagher, Justin McBride, Cathal Doherty, Jonathan Carlin, Stephen McConnell, Odhran Doherty, Cormac McMenamin, Shane McGuire, Tomas Doherty. Training for this team takes place at the pitch on Wednesday at 6.15pm. Their next game is this Sunday the 18th March away to Lifford at 12 midday. Bus will be leaving the pitch at 11.00am.

There will be no underage training at the pitch this Saturday morning due to St Patrick’s Day. U12 boys training takes place at the pitch next Monday evening the 19th at 6.00pm. All players interested in playing this year should come along.

Training for the U14 girls starts this Thursday 15th March in the training pitch from 6pm – 7pm and on Sundays from 12 – 1pm. Anyone that trained with the U14 team last year is welcome to attend.

U12 girls training takes place on Saturdays from 11am – 12 noon but there will be no training this weekend.

Club Meeting
The next club meeting takes place this Tuesday the 13th March at 8.30pm in the clubhouse. All club members are asked to attend this meeting.

Adult Membership
Adult membership costs €30 per person and there is a special concession rate of €50 for an adult and their partner/husband/wife. Players must pay their membership before games commence and membership must be paid before 31st March. Contact Registrar Denis McGill (086) 3194326.

Club Donegal
Club Donegal membership cards are now on sale for 2012. These cards entitle the cardholder to free admission to all club games in Donegal which are organised by the County Board. Anybody interested contact Treasurer Liam Doherty on (087) 6478122.
