Daniel O’Donnell has revealed how his holiday home in America was almost destroyed by a tornado.

The millionaire singer has a luxury cabin in Bronsan, Missouri which he and wife Majella stay in each year.

The are was hit by a huge tornado recently which caused devastation in the area wrecking hotels and houses.

Daniel revealed his house is just three minutes walk from Highway 76 where the tornado hit but luckily it escaped with minor damage.

“We saw the pictures of HWY 76 and could not believe the devastation it has caused. We only hope that things will get back to normal in the near future.

“We have a home there but , thank God, we were very lucky and had very little damage. Our cabin is down in a hollow and I think that’s the reason it got away so lightly. HWY 76 is only 3 minutes walk from our cabin!

Once again, we are thinking and praying for everyone that has been affected in one way or another.
