GAA NOTES: NAOMH BRID

written by Stephen Maguire March 20, 2012

Our seniors and reserve teams had two good runouts against Four Masters and Bundoran respectively at the weekend.

On Saturday the Seniors worked hard against a good Four Masters team and can build on this performance for their first league game.

On Monday afternoon, the reserves recorded a good 1-7 to 0-6 victory against Bundoran reserves in a challenge game. This is a promising sign and lets hope the lad can build on this over the coming weeks.

Both teams are in action this coming Sunday away to Drumquin in a challenge match. Reserves are asked to be at Kees Petrol Station for 10am.

Good Luck to Calum Gallagher and David Walsh who are both part of the the Donegal Minors and Deonegal senior squads who take on Fermanagh and Dublin respectively this week. The minors do battle with Fermanagh in Convoy on Thursday night, while the seniors take on Dublin in Croke Park on Saturday evening.

Anyone who wishes to have any information included in the notes should contact Shane Walsh on shanew03@live.ie by 6pm on Monday.
