Rosses AC

Well done to the under 13 girls relay team of Ailise Greene, Tara Harley, Caoimhe Boyle & Aoise Willoughby who had an excellent relay run at the All Irelands in Nenagh.. The girls ran a great time and improved their time from the Ulsters but just missing out on a place in the finals. Well done to the girls and thanks to the parents that travelled to the All Irelands with some making two journeys down. Back to training now for the outdoor season. On Monday 9th April Tír Chonaill AC host and Annual Open Track and Field meet: U-12 (2001), U-14 (1999, 2000), U-16 (1997, 1998), U-18 (1995, 1996), Senior: Donegal Town: 11 a.m. Well done to all who took part in the Omagh Half Marathon at the weekend. Some great times and there are people are travelling to Ballyliffin this weekend for the 10 mile. Results from Omagh Half Marathon: 23rd – Shaun McShane 1:19:10, Seamus Sweeney 1:37:41, Owen Bonner 1:41:14, Mark Nicholas 1:44:23, Aine O’Callaghan 1:49:44, Tracy Boyle 1:52:44.
