FROM NEIL DOHERTY IN GLASGOW: Celtic will play Rangers in the final old firm game of the season on April 29, it was announced today.
The Hoops can clinch the SPL title this Saturday if they get just a point at Kilmarnock, the side who beat them in the League Cup final.
The passing of the father of Killie’s Liam Kelly at that match has undoubtedly brought both sides closer.
Today Kilmarnock announced they will give over three stands to Celtic supporters for this Saturday’s match at Rugby Park.
Killie had balloted season ticket holders in their East Stand, with 93% of respondents agreeing to move to the Frank Beattie Stand. The Ayrshire club say that almost 70% of those asked replied.
