Coaching the Female Athlete Workshop
Wednesday 18th April @ 7.30pm in Clanree Hotel, Letterkenny
This theory workshop is aimed at managers and coaches of female teams. It will highlight areas that should be addressed when coaching and managing female players including the psychological and physiological differences from men. It will also look at the rules of the ladies game and help coaches gain a better understanding of their role. The workshop will be delivered by the Ulster GAA Ladies Development Officer, Sheena Kelly. This workshop is FREE of charge but booking is essential as places are limited. Level 1 Ladies Coaching Course (over 2 days) on Saturday 14th April in Heeneys Inn, Ballbofey and Saturday 26th May at a central pitch location from 10am-4pm.
