LETTERKENNY General Hospital has cancelled a number of clinics today due to overcrowding in the emergency department.
A number of patients are being treated on trolleys and staff have appealed for emergency cases only to attend today.
The ENT clinic as well as outpatient clinics of Mr Patel, Dr Steele and Dr Mohammad have all been postponed.
Fourteen patients are being treated on trolleys today.
