CHRISTY MOORE TO PLAY DONEGAL

Christy Moore has announced a one-off date for Dunlewey Theatre on Friday, June 15th next.

Anybody who has seen Christy in concert knows it’s worth rushing out and getting your ticket for now.

The former lead-vocalist and chief song-writer of Planxty and Moving Hearts, Moore helped to bring the musical traditions of Ireland up to modern standards and he has been a major inspiration to many modern Irish artists.

It is his deep urge to connect with the listener and to transmit the meaning of the songs he sings that has endeared Christy to his audiences and helped to create and develop a faithful following that quite frankly elludes most other artists.
